Minecraft Observer Face

Place a redstone repeater pointing out from the observers output face and a piece of redstone dust out of the repeater.

Minecraft observer face. The primary purpose of the observer is to give you a signal if anything changes. In pocket edition the observer block texture has two dots which are at opposite ends when the block is placed. The sides are similar to a dispenser but with a gray belt on them. An observer is placed similarly to a piston and will observe the block that it is placed against.

There are 3 important sides on an observer. It is probably impossible to get it to face that way because it is coded to have north south east and west be specific textures and youre building at a different rotation than the reference image. The observer is placed just like a piston the direction that its facing matters. To make an observer place 6 cobblestones 2 redstone and 1 nether quartz in the 3x3 crafting grid. The other sides are just for decoration. That can actually include another observer so if you set two up pointing at each other then theyll endlessly beep on and off.

Furthermore the observer in minecraft can detect another observer. As observers can detect the state of other observers placing two adjacent observers each watching the other can make a fast and compact redstone clock. The only two sides that matter are the face which detects things and the dot which outputs. Place a repeater on a 4 tick delay 2 tick also works for some things facing into the first repeater and connect the first repeater to this one.

It will observe the title in front of its face as shown in the above figure. In the first row there should be 3 cobblestones. The observer emits out the redstone signal when the observer sees any change in the block it is standing on. Back the back of the observer sends a redstone pulse each time there is a blockstate change.
